      Excerpt coriaria was assayed to determine its antiproliferative activity against PC3 (prostate), Hep3B, & HepG2 (hepatocellular), Ca Ski & HeLa (cervical) human cancer cell lines, as well as the immortalized human hepatocytes cell line IHH as control. The IC 50 were calculated, & the results showed that hepatocellular carcinoma HepG2 (16.5 µ g/mL) & Hep3B (20 µ g/mL) cells were the most sensitive to the WAE extract, while IHH cells, which are nottumor cells (202 µ g/mL), were the less sensitive.
