    • Selon Pajaro-Gonzalez Y (2016)

Extrait To determine the inhibitory activity of the protein carbonylation & the hepatoprotective effect of ethanol extract of the fruits of Caesalpinia coriaria Jacq (Fabaceae). Free radical oxygen species cause protein carbonylation, an irreversible oxidative damage associated with diseases such as liver injury, diabetes mellitus, arthritis, cancer & Alzheimer.

    • Selon Revathi K (2014)

Extrait It is apparent that the mode of action & the chemical compound, responsible for anticancer activity of Caesalpinia coriara has not been explored. In this study, it emphasized the fact that all four extracts (acetone, ethyl acetate, ethanol & aqueous) have its own unique Tannin, Quinones, carbohydrates, saponins, flavonoids, glycosides, cardiac glycosides, terpenoids, phenols, coumarins, proteins steroids, anthraquinones, flavonoids, polyphenols & other compounds that contribute to anticancer activity.

    • Selon Sanchez-Carranza JN (2017)

Extrait coriaria was assayed to determine its antiproliferative activity against PC3 (prostate), Hep3B, & HepG2 (hepatocellular), Ca Ski & HeLa (cervical) human cancer cell lines, as well as the immortalized human hepatocytes cell line IHH as control. The IC 50 were calculated, & the results showed that hepatocellular carcinoma HepG2 (16.5 µ g/mL) & Hep3B (20 µ g/mL) cells were the most sensitive to the WAE extract, while IHH cells, which are nottumor cells (202 µ g/mL), were the less sensitive.

    • Selon Sanchez-Llodra FI (2022)

Extrait The objective of this research is the phytochemical analysis of methanolic & ethanolic extracts of leaves & fruits of wild Caesalpinia coriaria (Jacq.) from La Guajira, Colombia. Furthermore, the metabolites found may represent a less aggressive alternative for the use of antioxidant, antibacterial, antifungal, anticancer & antiviral molecules.

    • Selon Janbandhu SJ (2022)

Extrait Ethanol extracts of Cassia bonducella, Cassia alata, Caesalpinia coriaria, Brownea coccinea, Cassia javanica, Cassia siamea, Amherstia nobilis, & Bauhinia acuminata showed anti-diabetic action. Antidiabetic, antiulcer, anticancer, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, & antirheumatic activity are just some of the pharmacological qualities described for these species, & they have been shown to be effective in ethnomedicinal use.
