Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia was induced by daily subcutaneous injection of 10 mg/kg body weight of testosterone propionate for 28 days & Hepatocellular carcinoma was induced by oral administration of 20 mg/kg body weight of diethyl nitrosamine (DEN) dissolved in normal saline (0.9%) < given 5 times a week for 6 weeks.
