To assess the effectivity of extract, against thioacetamide, the activity of aminotransferases (alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase), alkaline phosphatase (AP); & bilirubin were measured, together with morphological & histopathological indices in the liver of healthy & thioacetamide-treated rats.
