    • Selon MADHU SU (2022)

Extrait MADHU SU et al, Neuroprotective Effect of Ethanolic Extract of Galinsoga parviflora Plant against Aluminium Chloride (AlCl3) induced Neurotoxicity in Rats, INT JL Pharm Sci Res, 76(2) :90-9, 2022-Abstract Aluminium chloride (AlCl3) has been proven neurofilament changes in the cerebral cortex, hippocampus, brain stem, & spinal cord, in addition biochemical changes were observed in many neurodegenerative diseases. In the present research investigation, the administration of AlCl3 (50 mg/kg/day) orally for 7 days has induced oxidative stress & its implications possesses significant neurotoxicity was evaluated by behavioral deficits, Motor incoordination & memory deficits which were also supported biochemically marked as increased in lipid peroxidation (LPO) with decreased Glutathione (GSH), Superoxide dismutase (SOD) & Total protein (TP) levels & thereby confirms the oxidative model of cognitive deficits.
