    • Selon Abou-Zeid AH (2023)

Extrait Biologically, in vitro anticancer activity against four human tumor cell lines, in vivo hepatoprotective activity against CCl4-induced liver injury, & in vivo antioxidant activity was studied. The CPS & HPS of the two fruits studied showed very strong selective in vitro cytotoxic activity against four human tumor cell lines & very weak activity against normal human lung fibroblasts.

    • Selon El-Sayed AM (2011)

Extrait Fractionation of the ethanolic extract of the flowers of Delonix regia led to the isolation of three sterols, namely, stigmasterol (1.54 %), ß-sitosterol & its 3-O-glucoside (6.93 %), a triterpene, namely, ursolic acid (3.61 %) & four flavonoids: quercetin (2.92 %), quercitrin (0.59 %), isoquercitrin (3.87 %) & rutin (5.12 %) in addition to the amino acid L- azeditine-2-carboxylic acid. The ethanolic extract & its non-polar & flavonoid rich fraction as well as the isolated compounds evidenced cytotoxic activities against human liver cancer cell line (HEPG2) which were potent for ursolic acid (80-IC0.55 μg/ml) & L-azeditine-2-carboxylic acid (IC 2.51 μg/ml).

Extrait Hepatoprotective activity of methanol extract of aerial parts of Delonix regia.

    • Selon Thomas B (2021)

Extrait regia flowers were evaluated for their antioxidant, antidiabetic, anti-inflammatory & cytotoxic activity to justify its use as a medicinal plant. Anticancer activity against MCF-7 & A549 cell lines were measured by the MTT assay.

    • Selon Rahman M (2011)

Extrait Delonix regia (Fabaceae) leaf is used in folk medicine of Bangladesh for the treatment of diabetes, but so far no scientific study has been done which may support its use in traditional medicine. The present study was carried out to evaluate the possible glucose tolerance efficacy of methanolic extract of D regia leaf using glucose-induced hyperglycemic mice.

    • Selon Thomas B (2021)

Extrait regia flowers were evaluated for their antioxidant, antidiabetic, anti-inflammatory & cytotoxic activity to justify its use as a medicinal plant. Antidiabetic activity was assessed by the ability of extracts to inhibit enzyme alpha amylase.

    • Selon Nagarajan SS (2016)

Extrait The present study was performed to investigate the local ethno medical claim Scientifically by screening the acute Hypoglycaemic effect of Delonix regia seeds in normal & streptozotocin induced diabetic mice. The study comprises the evaluation of antidiabetic activities of D regia belonging to Leguminosae family.

Extrait Biologically, in vitro anticancer activity against four human tumor cell lines, in vivo hepatoprotective activity against CCl4-induced liver injury, & in vivo antioxidant activity was studied. They also have significant curative activity for the injured liver & have potent in vivo antioxidant activity.

    • Selon El-Sayed AM (2011)
