1. Hepatotoxicidad diabética

    Parte usada: raíz.

Courts extraits uniquement (pas le texte intégral de l’article). Fiches de référence complètes dans l’application Lapo v2.

    • Selon Daryoush M (2011)

Extrait The aim of present study was to assess the protective effect of turnip root ethanolic extract (TREE) on early hepatic injuries in alloxan-induced diabetic rats. It seems that TREE has protective effect on early diabetic hepatopathy in the rats with experimentally induced diabetes.

    • Selon Hassanpour Fard M (2015)

Extrait Hassanpour Fard M et al, Effects of aqueous extract of turnip leaf (Brassica rapa) in alloxan-induced diabetic rats.

    • Selon Abo-Youssef AM (2013)

Extrait This study aimed to elucidate the role of turnip (Brassica rapa) on fructose-induced metabolic syndrome. It also reduced levels of blood GSH and liver glycogen.

    • Selon Jun Un Ju (2008)

Extrait The antidiabetic efficacy of turnip (Brassica rapa) roots ethanol extract (TE) was investigated in type 2 diabetic animals. TE and RG improved the glucose and insulin tolerance & lowered the blood glycosylated hemoglobin, plasma insulin, C-peptide and glucagon levels as well as reversed this hepatic glucose regulating enzyme activities in db/db mice.

    • Selon KIM YK (2006)

Extrait A study was conducted to determine whether the ethanol extract of the roots of Brassica rapa (EBR) ameliorates cisplatin-induced nephrotoxicity in terms of oxidative stress, as characterized by lipid peroxidation, reactive oxygen species (ROS) production, & glutathione (GSH) depletion in LLC-PK1 cells. Taken together, our data indicate that the ethanol extract of the roots of Brassica rapa (EBR) has a protective effect against cisplatin-induced nephrotoxicity because it attenuates oxidative stress.

  2. Diabetes mellitus tipo II

    Parte usada: raíz.

    • Selon Jun Un Ju (2008)

Extrait The antidiabetic efficacy of turnip (Brassica rapa) roots ethanol extract (TE) was investigated in type 2 diabetic animals. Conclusions: We suggest TE may exert an antidiabetic effect in type 2 diabetic mice by enhancing the glucose & lipid metabolism.

    • Selon Auteur (2014)

Extrait All the tested fractions and crude extracts revealed positive inhibitory effects against Candida albicans, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Bacillus subtilis. The air-dried powder of Brassica rapa L (turnip) both roots and turnip green were separately extracted successfully with 70% ethanol followed by fractionation with light petroleum, chloroform & Ethylacetate.

Otras indicaciones (incluidos otros modos de extracción si procede), posologías, precauciones de uso y las referencias científicas completas (fichas íntegras, no solo los extractos cortos anteriores) están disponibles en la ficha monográfica de la aplicación Lapo v2.
