    • Selon Hamiduzzaman Md (2013)

Extrait Focused on traditional medicinal practice of Gomphrenal globosa (L), my present study was to scientifically evaluate the hypoglycemic activity in mice model which could give us a new voyage to prevent or treat diabetic patients with harmless natural resources. Gomphrena globosa (L) is a member of Amaranthaceae family was collected & partitioned into n-Hexane Soluble Fraction, Chloroform Soluble Fraction, Carbon tetrachloride Soluble Fraction & aqueous Soluble Fraction.

    • Selon Omodamiro OD (2014)

Extrait In conclusion, the ethanolic extract of the leaves of GG & AO possess hypoglyceamic activity in alloxan induced diabetic wistar albino rat. w.) produced a dose-dependant significant reduction (p<0.05) in blood glucose levels of fasted alloxan induced diabetic rat after 1-3 days compared to control.

    • Selon Sherif ATY (2021)

Extrait The ethanolic leaf extract exerted its antidiabetic effect by inhibiting the activity of α-amylase (p<0.05) resulting in the delayed digestion of the dietary carbohydrates and lowering the amount of glucose liberated. The aim of this study was to evaluate the antidiabetic, antioxidant & antiglycation activity of ethanolic leaf extract of G.

  2. Infection bacterienne : Bacillus cereus, Escherichia coli, Listeria monocytogenes, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa , Salmonella typhi & Shigella dysenteriae

    • Selon Kusmiati K (2017)

Extrait The condensed extracts were tested for antimicrobial activity against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, & Shigella dysenteriae. Objective of the study was to identify the highest antimicrobial activity of GG flower extract using ethanol, petroleum ether, ethyl acetate & n-butanol solvents.

    • Selon Roriz Custodio.Lobo (2018)

Extrait To enhance the antimicrobial (Bacillus cereus, Listeria monocytogenes, Escherichia coli & Salmonella typhimurium) & antifungal (Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus niger, Penicillium ochrochloron & Penicillium verrucosum) activities, the responses were evaluated in terms of the concentrations needed to obtain minimum inhibitory (MIC), minimum bactericidal (MBC) & minimum fungicidal (MFC) concentrations. In conclusion, the results obtained in this study highlight extracts from GG flowers as natural sources of betacyanins with application as food colorants with important antimicrobial & antifungal activities.

    • Selon Sporna-Kucab A (2018)

Extrait High-speed counter-current chromatography (HSCCC) combined with HPLC were established to purify, for the first time, betacyanin isomers from Gomphrena globosa L. The isolated compounds showed a broad antimicrobial spectrum (in the range of 0.19-1.5 mg mL-1) by inhibiting the growth of all of food-borne pathogens tested.

    • Selon Jesse Joel T (2019)

Extrait Escherichia coli was used to test for antibacterial efficacy. Betacyanin were extracted from Gomphrena globosa l.

    • Selon Hamiduzzaman M (2012)

Extrait globosa was extracted with 3.5 L of methanol for 15 days & filtered through a cotton plug.

    • Selon Esmat UA (2020)

Extrait These phytochemicals recognised are responsible for various activities such as anti-inflammatory, anticancer, antibacterial, analgesic & cytotoxic. The major bioactive compounds are Docosanoic Acid, Docosyl Ester (25.404%) & Hexatriacontane (24.324%), has proven anti-inflammatory activity.

    • Selon Arsia Tarnam Y (2021)

Extrait Decoction & hydroalcoholic flower extracts (pink varieties) of GG was evaluated for its anti-inflammatory activity. Earlier reports have showed that the compound 1, 2-benzene-dicarboxylic acid, bis (2-ethylhexyl) ester possess antioxidant & anti-inflammatory activity.

    • Selon ---Silva LR (2012)

Extrait The data provide evidence of the GG inflorescences potential as a source of anti-inflammatory compounds, with relevance for the treatment of acute or chronic inflammatory conditions, & health-promoting antioxidants for use by both food & pharmaceutical industries.

    • Selon Andrade PB (2012)

Extrait The data provide evidence of the GO inflorescences potential as a source of anti-inflammatory compounds, with relevance for the treatment of acute or chronic inflammatory conditions & health-promoting antioxidants for use by both food & pharmaceutical industries.

    • Selon Arsia Tarnam Y (2014)

Extrait The Amaranthaceae family comprises of many species, which are used in nutrition & in traditional folk medicine for the treatment of several diseases such as infections, inflammation & fever. Gomphrena species is an edible, commercial ornamental & medicinal plant commonly known as Globe Amaranth or Bachelor Button, belongs to the family Amaranthaceae.
