Extrait The antimicrobial activity was carried against bacteria like Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus faecalis, Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus megaterium, Streptococcus mutans, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa & Proteus vulgaris by means of agar well diffusion method. Since plants are used as therapeutic agents, the present study is designed to evaluate the phytochemical profile and antimicrobial activities of flower of Tecoma stans (L.) ethanolic extract (TSEE) against selective Gram positive, Gram negative bacteria in-vitro.

    • Selon Rajamurugan R (2013)

Extrait The ethanolic extract of flowers of this species showed strong antimicrobial activity also & was effective against tested bacteria (Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Proteus mirabilis, Klebsiella pneumoniae) & fungi (Penicillium sp.). The aim of the present study was to screen phytochemicals, antioxidant & Antimicrobial activities of the extract from Tecoma stans flowers.

    • Selon Iltaf S (2016)

Extrait Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus & 2 Gram-negative bacteria, i.e. The current investigation was carried out to evaluate the antibacterial potential of different extracts (n-hexane, chloroform, ethanol & aqueous) of the leaves of Mansoa alliacea, Tecomaria capensis & Tecoma stans, belonging to family Bignoniaceae, using agar well diffusion method against 2 Gram-positive bacteria, i.e.

    • Selon Al-Azzawi A (2022)

Extrait Tecoma stans is an ornamental perennial tropical and subtropical plant belonging to the Bignoniaceae family with green leaves and yellow attractive fragrance flowers and commonly known as yellow trumpetbush or yellow bells. Component A-3 showed antioxidant activity using the DPPH & ABTS methods; antifungal activities when tested against Candida albicans; & more than 80% inhibitions in the third dilution when compared to itraconazole & nystatin as positive controls.

    • Selon SUBALAKSHIMI T (2017)

Extrait The antibacterial property of leaves of Tecoma stans, Ixora coccinea & Aerva lanata were studied against drug-resistant cattle pathogenic bacteria, Streptococcus sp a& Pseudomonas aeruginosa by agar well diffusion methods. Coccinea had the maximum antibacterial potential against streptococcus sp.

  2. Diabète mellitus de type II

    • Selon Garcia-Jimenez JR (2024)

Extrait This work aimed to assess the bioactive properties (antioxidant & hypoglycemic) of different extracts, including the infusion, as well as their spray-dried microencapsulates from Tecoma stans leaves. The encapsulated infusion with MD:AG had the highest hypoglycemic activity as it presented the lowest glycemic index(GI = 47).

    • Selon ELOSH G (2013)

Extrait The present study is designed to investigate the antidiabetic activity of T stans stem extract in alloxan induced diabetic albino rats. The Glibenclamide 2.5mg /kg body weight once a day orally to the alloxan induced diabetic albino rats for 15 days by using an Intragastric tube which acts as standard.
