    • Selon Hong TY (2016)

Extrait Although the ethanol extract from Zingiber zerumbet(L.) Smith rhizome (EEZZR) has been indicated to ameliorate hyperglycemia in diabetes, its protective effect on DR remains unclear. Retinal mRNA expression of tumor necrosis factor-α, interleukin (IL)-1, IL-6, monocyte chemotactic proteins-1, intercellular adhesion molecule-1 & vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 were all decreased in EEZZR-treated diabetic rats.

    • Selon Tzeng TF (2016)

Extrait Zerumbone (ZER) is a monocyclic sesquiterpene compound, & based on reports, it is the predominant bioactive compound from the rhizomes of Zingiber zerumbet. Diabetic retinopathy (DR), the most ordinary & specific microvascular complication of diabetes, is a disease of the retina.

    • Selon Koga AY (2016)

Extrait The extracts & isolated metabolites of ZZ have exhibited the following properties: anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antidiabetic, anticancer, antimicrobial, analgesic & antiviral. Zingiber zerumbet is a perennial, aromatic & tuberose plant that grows in humid locations.

    • Selon Haque MA (2017)

Extrait (family, Zingiberaceae) is a potent medicinal herb widely known as shampoo ginger & its rhizome is used in numerous ethnomedicinal applications including antipyretic, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, anti-diarrheal, antidiabetics, carminative, & diuretic. Zingiber zerumbet (L.) Roscoe ex Sm.

    • Selon Chang CJ (2014)

Extrait The beneficial effects of the ethanol extract of Zingiber zerumbet rhizome (EEZZR) for use in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) were investigated. The higher plasma levels of total cholesterol, triglycerides, free fatty acids, & hepatic lipids, as well as the degree of insulin resistance were lowered by EEZZR.

  2. Troubles hépatiques: maladie du foie gras non-alcoolique(NAFLD), hépatite, cirrhose, stéatose hépatique, normalisation des paramètres sériques: ALT, ALP, AST, protéine totale, etc

Partie usitée : Rhizome. Profil pharmacologique documenté : N-Acetyl-Cystéine-like.

    • Selon Chang CJ (2014)

Extrait The beneficial effects of the ethanol extract of Zingiber zerumbet rhizome (EEZZR) for use in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) were investigated. Histological evaluation of liver specimens demonstrated that the hepatic steatosis of EEZZR-treated groups was improved.

    • Selon Sharkawy NA (2019)

Extrait Significant improvements in LFT parameters (alkaline phosphatase (ALP), alanine transaminase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), & total protein (TP) levels) were also observed in groups that received 350 & 450 mg/kg bwt extract, wherein the 350 mg/kg bwt dose appeared to be the most effective dose that reduced liver enzyme markers in PCM-induced hepatotoxic rats. As such, this study investigated the possible curative effects of ZZ rhizome ethanolic extract (ZZ) on Paracetamol (PCM)-induced hepatotoxicity.

    • Selon Taha NME (2010)

Extrait Serum alanine transaminase (ALT), aspartate transaminase (AST), alkaline phosphatase (AP) & alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) were significantly lower (P<0.05) in ZER-treated than untreated rats with liver cancer. Zerumbone, a monosesquiterpene found in the subtropical (Zingiber zerumbet, possesses antiproliferative properties to several cancer cells lines, including the cervical, skin & colon cancers.

    • Selon Sakinah SA (2007)

Extrait Zerumbone is a cytotoxic component isolated from Zingiber zerumbet Smith, a herbal plant which is also known as Lempuyang. zerumbet was investigated for its activity and mechanism in human liver cancer cell lines.

    • Selon Chang CJ (2012)

Extrait The aim of this study was to investigate the antihyperlipidaemic effects of the ethanol extract of Zingiber zerumbet (L) Smith (EEZZ). These results suggest that EEZZ reduced the accumulation of visceral fat & improved hyperlipidaemia in HFD-fed rats by increasing fatty acid oxidation, an effect which is likely to be mediated via up-regulation of hepatic PPARα,.

    • Selon Tzeng T.F (2013)

Extrait The ethanol extract from the rhizome of Zingiber zerumbet (EEZZR) has been indicated to possess an insulin-like property by ameliorating hyperglycemia in diabetes. We aimed to investigate whether EEZZR exerts an ameliorative effect on renal damage in diabetes induced by streptozotocin (STZ).

    • Selon Koga AY (2016)

Extrait Zingiber zerumbet is a perennial, aromatic & tuberose plant that grows in humid locations. The extracts & isolated metabolites of ZZ have exhibited the following properties: anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antidiabetic, anticancer, antimicrobial, analgesic & antiviral.
