Selon Preethi S (2020)
Extrait In pursuit of new medicinal compounds in traditional medicinal plants growing in America (south, north, central part), Bursera Simaruba is one such potential medicinal tree.
-
Selon Zuniga B (2005)
Extrait Chemical composition & anti-inflammatory activity of the volatile fractions from the bark of eight Mexican Bursera species. Some volatiles were assayed for anti-inflammatory activity using the TPA-induced ear edema bioassay in mice.
-
Selon Acevedo M (2015)
Extrait Organic extracts from nine species (eleven populations) of the Bursera genus native to Mexico, were investigated for cytotoxic & anti-inflammatory activities. In vivo anti-inflammatory experiments were conducted through the 12-O-tetradecanoylphorbol-13-acetate (TPA) induced ear edema in mice.
-
Selon Nogueira B (2004)
Extrait BS (Indio desnudo) using carrageenan-induced paw edema inflammation. The comparison of the anti-inflammatory activity of VIII 29 fraction with the corresponding standard of methyl-beta-peltatin A, suggest that this compound could be one of the active principles involved in the anti-inflammatory activity of BS leave.

Selon Carrasco OF (2017)
Extrait Vascular reactivity experiments were conducted in rat aortic rings obtained from rats with & without sugar-induced hypertension, a model widely used to study such effects with cardiovascular agents. Methods: The medicinal plants were collected & taxonomically identified; the methanol extract of each explored plant were administrated to conscious and unconscious male Wistar rats with & without glucose-induced hypertension.

Extrait Results: Rats with metabolic syndrome developed obesity, arterial hypertension, dyslipidemia, & kidney damage characterized by proliferative glomerulonephritis, necrosis, and reduced activity of anti-oxidant enzymes. Materials & methods: For induction of metabolic syndrome, 20% fructose was used, & it was administered in the water & food to male Wistar rats for 12 weeks, after administering ethanol extract of BS intragastrically (100 a&200 mg/kg/day) for 6 weeks, blood pressure was determined.
