    • Selon Ali M (2012)

Extrait The extract significantly (P<0.05) reduced blood sugar level in alloxan induced diabetic (hyperglycaemic) & glucose induced hyperglycemic (normo-hyperglycaemic) rats orally at 250 mg/kg and 500 mg/kg body weight respectively. The present study was designed to evaluate Antihyperglycemic & analgesic effects of ethanolic extract of Cassia fistula (CF) stem barks in rats and mice, respectively.

    • Selon Ayinla (2015)

Extrait These findings suggest that ETOH leaves extract of S fistula might improve the diabetic induced disturbances of some haematological parameters, reduces the plasma lipid imbalances & decreases the production of free radicals associated with diabetes. Twenty-four albino rats weighing 120-150 g were divided into 4 experimental groups of six rats each; control, diabetic untreated, diabetic treated with Glibenclamide & diabetic treated with 100 mg/kg b.w of Senna fistula.

    • Selon ADNAN JEHANGIR (2010)

Extrait The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of ethanolic extract of Cassia fistula leaves in experimentally induced drug hepatitis (DIH) in rodents. In conclusion, high dose of C fistula ethanolic leaves extract (500 mg/kg) body weight showed Hepatoprotection against INH/RIF induced hepatitis in rats showed slight recovery whereas the rats in experimental group D showed a significant recovery.

    • Selon Xie Q (2012)

Extrait The present study was designed to investigate the hepatoprotective effects of cassia seed ethanol extract (CSE) in carbon tetrachloride (CCl(4))-induced liver injury in mice. Oxidative stress has been recognized as a critical pathogenetic mechanism for the initiation & the progression of hepatic injury in a variety of liver disorders.

Kanwal A et al, Molecular mechanisms of Cassia fistula against epithelial ovarian cancer using network pharmacology & molecular docking approaches. Pharmaceutics 14(9):1970., 2022-Abstract: Epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) is one of the deadliest reproductive tract malignancies that form on the external tissue covering of an ovary. Cassia fistula is popular for its anti-inflammatory & anticarcinogenic properties in conventional medications. Nevertheless, its molecular mechanisms are still unclear. The current study evaluated the potential of CF for the treatment of EOC using network pharmaco…
