    • Selon Roy S (2020)

Extrait However, agar well diffusion method was used for antimicrobial testing of organic extracts against multidrug resistant (MDR) foodborne Gram-positive (Staphylococcus hominis) a Gram-negative (Citrobacter freundii, Escherichia coli & Aeromonas caviae) bacteria. The present study focuses on the phytochemical analysis & antimicrobial properties of medicinally recognized known plant of Catharanthus roseus.

    • Selon Kratika K (2013)

Extrait Assessment of antifungal activity of Catharanthus roseus was done by paper disc diffusion method. The present study aims to determine the antifungal activity of C roseus against various clinically significant fungal strains (Candida albicans, Aspergillus fumigatus, Aspergillus niger, Fusarium moniliforme).

    • Selon Vega-Ávila E (2012)

Extrait The aim of this study was to evaluate the hypoglycemic activity of extracts from the flower, leaf, stem, & root in normal & alloxan-induced diabetic mice. The blood glucose lowering activity of these extracts was determinate in healthy & alloxan-induced (75 mg/Kg) diabetic mice, after intraperitoneal administration (250 mg/Kg body weight).

Extrait Effect of aqueous flower extract of Catharanthus roseus on alloxan induced diabetes in male Albino rats.

    • Selon Al-Shaqha (2015)

Extrait roseus & an expression of GLUT-2 & GLUT-4 gene in streptozotocin induced diabetic Wistar rats. Conclusions: We conclude that the observed antidiabetic effect of CS on STZ induced diabetes was a result of complex mechanisms of GLUT gene mRNA expression.

    • Selon Azam K (2022)

Extrait This study was designed to investigate anti-hyperlipidemic & anti-diabetic activity of ethanolic leaf extract of Catharanthus roseus alone & in combination therapy in hyperlipidemic & diabetic mice. Ethanolic extract of CR has significant anti-hyperlipidemic & anti-diabetic effects (p<0.05, p<0.01) when compared with control but had not cause significantly increase in anti-hyperlipidemic effects of atorvastatin.

    • Selon Rasineni (2010)

Extrait Catharanthus roseus is a traditional medicinal plant used to control diabetes, in various regions of the world. In the diabetic-treated group lowering of plasma glucose & an increase in plasma insulin were observed after 15 days & by the end of the experimental period the plasma glucose had almost reached the normal level, but insulin had not.
