    • Selon De Moraes FW (2022)

Extrait The antinociceptive & anti-inflammatory activities of crude ethanolic extract of Celtis iguanaea leaves & their active fractions are reported. In conclusion, the DF showed antinociceptive activity that involves the vanilloid system as well as anti-inflammatory effect & the EAF showed anti-inflammatory activity involving the reduction of TNF-α cytokine.

    • Selon RIBEIRO KR (2025)

Extrait This study evaluated the in vitro antioxidant capacity & the in vivo antinociceptive & anti-inflammatory mechanisms of the standardized spray-dried Celtis iguanaea hydroethanolic leaf extract (SDCi). These findings support SDCi as an effective anti-inflammatory & antinociceptive phytopharmaceutical intermediate, with potential applications in managing pain & inflammation,.

    • Selon Almeida D.D.S (2024)

Extrait We demonstrated the antinociceptive & anti-inflammatory effects of the ethyl acetate leaf extract of Celtis iguanaea (Jacq.) Sargent (EEAc) in mice. The antinociceptive effect of EAECi is attributed to its anti-inflammatory activity, as evidenced by its anti-hyperalgesic & antiedematogenic effects.

    • Selon SAMADD A (2024)

Extrait Their extracts & pure substances have been shown to have the same anticancer, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, hepatoprotective, cardioprotective, urease-inhibiting, & antidiarrheal properties as their traditional uses. Information on the Celtis genus was obtained from internet sources such as Google Scholar, Web of Science, PubMed, ScienceDirect, & so on by using appropriate keywords, including ethnobotanical, pharmacological, pharmaceutical, bioactivity, phytochemistry, & botanical features of the Celtis genus.

    • Selon Zanchet B (2019)

Extrait The leaves are popularly used as anti-inflammatory, in the treatment of body pain & urinary infections. The species Celtis iguanaea (Jacq.) Sarg., (Cannabaceae) is widely distributed in Brazil where it is known as “esporão-de-galo or taleira”.

    • Selon De Moraes FW (2022)

Extrait The antinociceptive & anti-inflammatory activities of crude ethanolic extract of Celtis iguanaea leaves & their active fractions are reported. The oral treatment with dichloromethane fraction (DF; 9 mg/Kg) produced antinociceptive effect in both phases of formalin test; however, the treatment with ethyl acetate fraction (EAF; 16 mg/Kg) reduced pain only in the second phase of this test.

• Selon Leite da Veiga M (2016)

Extrait Celtis iguanaea is popularly known as “Esporão-de-galo” in Portuguese and its leaves are traditionally used in infusion forms as analgesic, antiasthmatic, digestive & diuretic. The aim of this study was to assess the acute & sub-acute toxicity of the crude extract from the Celtis iguanaea leaves in male rats.

    • Selon Rodrigues-Martin JL (2014)

Extrait The hydroxyl-linolenic acid, linoleic acids & conjugated oxo-linoleic acids are among the phytoconstituents that were identified in the Celtis iguanaea HE,. Celtis iguanaea (Canabaceae) is popularly known as esporão-de-galo, stands out among the medicinal plants used for treatment of gastric ulcers.
