    • Selon Pimentel Da Silva U (s.d.)

Extrait heterophylla dispersion, studies on the medicinal properties of specimens collected in Brazil are lacking.

    • Selon SUJA RANI D (2023)

Extrait Objective: The present investigation aimed to evaluate the hepatoprotective potentials of ethanol extract of Euphorbia heterophylla leaves against ethanol-induced liver damage in rats. But in the animals treated with ETOH extract of EH (EEEH) & standard drug silymarin, all the parameters were normal, possibly due to their beneficial property in protecting the liver against ethanol-induced hepatotoxicity.

    • Selon Vani M (2017)

Extrait The present investigation has been carried out to evaluate the in vitro & in vivo antihistaminic & anticholinergic activities for the stem extracts of Euphorbia heterophylla, Preliminary phytochemical screening have been carried out on the hydroalcoholic & acetone extracts of the plant. Therefore, stem extracts of EH can be used as antihistaminic & anticholinergic agents which suggest their usage for various therapeutic ailments such as asthma, liver damage, inflammation, & ulcer etc.

    • Selon Okolie NP (2015)

Extrait ALT did not follow a definite pattern, initially significantly decreasing in plasma & then increasing at the higher extract dose, while the activity of the enzyme significantly increased dose-dependently in the liver (P < 0.05). Although the use of Euphorbia heterophylla as herbal laxative in Nigeria is associated with severe & sometimes life-threatening side effects, not much is known about the toxic effect of the herb.

    • Selon Adedoyin BJ (2013)

Extrait Antimicrobial activity tests carried out against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Streptococcus pneumonia & Candida albicans, revealed moderate to low activity against the test organisms. Essential oils were extracted from Euphorbia heterophylla plant (Spurge Weed) using the hydro distillation Clevenger method.

    • Selon Ughachukwu PO (2014)

Extrait Materials & methods: Clinical isolates of Klebsiella pneumonia, Staphyllococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, & Pseudomonas aeruginosa were incubated in agar plates after serial dilutions (100, 50, 25, 12.5, 6.25, & 3.16 mg/ml) of the extract were added in wells made in the agar & incubated at 37°C. This work evaluated the antibacterial actions of aqueous ethanol leaf extract of Euphorbia heterophylla.

    • Selon Kone JK (2021)

Extrait The microorganisms tested were nine clinical bacterial strains which included Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Pseudomonas aeruginosa NCIB 950, Salmonella typhi, Escherichia coli, Escherichia coli NCIB 86, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus aureus NCIB 8588, Klebsiella pneumoniae & Serratia marcescens, & seven fungal strains which were Candida albicans, Aspergillus fumigatus, Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus parasiticus, Trichoderma viride, Trichophyton rubrum, & Malassezia furfur. Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Pseudomonas aeruginosa NCIB 950 & Candida albicans were sensitive to the cold water a hot water extracts of the plant's parts while chloroform & methanol extracts did not show antimicrobial activities against any of the organisms.

    • Selon Auteur (2014)

Extrait Antibacterial analysis was carried out using agar well diffusion assay against eight pathogenic strains of gram-positive, gram-negative bacteria (Neisseria gonorrhea, Salmonella typhi, Pseudomonas aureginosa, Proteus vulgaris, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Streptococcus pneumonia & Bacillus subtilis) & four different fungal species (Aspergillusniger, Aspergillus tamari, Candida albicans & Fusarium oxysporium). Phytochemical studies revealed the presence of tannins, anthraquinones, alkaloids, flavonoids & phenols in hexane, acetone & water extracts containing only phenol. The plant extracts demonstrated antimicrobial activity against both the test bacteria & fungi with water extract demonstrating the highest activity followed by the acetone extract.
