    • Selon Yoshikawa M (2001)

Extrait The methanolic extract & its 1-butanol-soluble fraction from the flowers of Calendula officinalis were found to show a hypoglycemic effect, inhibitory activity of gastric emptying, & gastroprotective effect. The principal saponin constituents, glycosides A, B, C, D, & F, exhibited potent inhibitory effects on an increase in serum glucose levels in glucose-loaded rats, gastric emptying in mice, & ethanol- and indomethacin-induced gastric lesions in rats.

    • Selon Murakami T (2001)

Extrait Following the characterization of hypoglycemic, gastric emptying inhibitory, & gastroprotective principles & the structure elucidation of calendasaponins A, B, C, & D, two new ionone glucosides (officinosides A and B), and two sesquiterpene oligoglycosides (officinosides C & D), were isolated from the flowers of Egyptian Calendula officinalis.

    • Selon Silva ER (2007)

Extrait The hydroalcohol extract (HAE) of Calendula officinalis L. In the biochemical parameters, there was an increase in blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and in alanine transaminase (ALT) levels.

    • Selon Jiménez-Medina E (2006)

Extrait In this study, we evaluated the in vitro cytotoxic anti-tumor & immunomodulatory activities & in vivo anti-tumor effect of Laser Activated Calendula Extract (LACE), a novel extract of the plant Calendula Officinalis (Asteraceae). Phytopharmacological studies of different Calendula extracts have shown anti-inflammatory, anti-viral & anti-genotoxic properties of therapeutic interest.

  2. Mucositis orofaríngea inducida por la radioterapia contra el cáncer de cabeza y cuello

    Parte usada: flor.

    • Selon Babaee N (2016)

Extrait This study was designed to determine the effect of Calendula officinalis flowers extract mouthwash as oral gel on radiation-induced oropharyngeal mucositis (OM) in patients with head-and-neck cancer. Forty patients with neck & head cancers under radiotherapy or concurrent chemo-radiotherapy protocols were randomly assigned to receive either 2% calendula extract mouthwash or placebo (20 patients in each group).

    • Selon Sak K (2017)

Extrait The aim of the present study was to evaluate the potential anticancer action of extracts prepared from German chamomile (Matricaria recutita L.) & pot marigold (Calendula officinalis L.) to human melanoma and epidermoid carcinoma cells. In the present study, the anticancer action of extracts prepared from german chamomile flowers on human melanoma & non-melanoma skin cancer cells (SK-MEL-2 melanoma and KB epidermoid carcinoma cells) is described for the first time.

    • Selon Ukiya M (2006)

Extrait Ten oleanane-type triterpene glycosides, 1-10, including 4 new compounds, calendulaglycoside A 6'-O-methyl ester (2), calendulaglycoside A 6'-O-n-butyl ester (3), calendulaglycoside B 6'-O-n-butyl ester (5), and calendulaglycoside C 6'-O-n-butyl ester (8), along with five known flavonol glycosides, 11-15, were isolated from the flowers of Calendula officinalis. Furthermore, upon evaluation of the cytotoxic activity against human cancer cell lines in vitro in the NCI Developmental Therapeutics Program, two triterpene glycosides, 9 & 10, exhibited their most potent cytotoxic effects against colon cancer, leukemia, & melanoma cells.

Tumor cell lines derived from leukemias, melanomas, fibrosarcomas & cancers of breast, prostate, cervix, lung, pancreas & colorectal were used & tumor cell proliferation in vitro was measured by BrdU incorporation and viable cell count.

    • Selon Medina EJ (2006)

Extrait Medina EJ et al, A new extract of the plant Calendula officinalis produces a dual in vitro effect: cytotoxic antitumor activity & lymphocyte activation.

  3. Cáncer: tratamiento adyuvante del carcinoma de páncreas

Parte usada: flor. Asociación sinérgica mencionada: Achillea millefolium-feuille.

    • Selon Mouhid L (2018)

Extrait METHODS: In this study, we have analyzed the potential anti-carcinogenic effect of different Asteraceae (Achillea millefolium & Calendula officinalis) & Lamiaceae (Melissa officinalis & Origanum majorana) plant extracts obtained by different green technologies (Supercritical CO2 Extraction -SFE- & Ultrasonic Assisted Extraction -UAE-) to identify efficient plant extracts against human pancreatic cancer cells that could constitute the basis of novel treatment approaches. In addition, SFE derived plant extracts from Achillea millefolium & Calendula officinalis displayed synergism with the chemotherapeutic 5-Fluororacil.
