  1. Nefropatía inducida por glibenclamida

Parte usada: Planta entera.

    • Selon Yadav AV (2022)

Extrait The current investigation analysed the effect of combination of standardized hydroalcoholic extracts of Asparagus racemosus (AR), Centella asiatica (CA)& Plumeria rubra (PR) on glibenclamide (GB) administered in experimentally induced diabetic nephropathy (DN) in Wistar rats. Thus, ACP confers protection by improving renal, oxidative parameters & the restoration of morphological abnormalities in the kidneys.

    • Selon Venu Gopal Rao ML (2007)

Extrait Venu Gopal Rao ML et al Antidiabetic effects of methanolic extract of Centella asiatica (Linn.) on induced hyperglycemic rats.

    • Selon Chauhan PK (2010)

Extrait The ethanolic & methanolic extracts of the leaves of Centella asiatica (Family-Umbelliferae) were tested for antidiabetic activity, by glucose tolerance test in normal rats and alloxan induced diabetic rats. Ethanolic & methanolic extracts had shown significant protection and lowered the blood glucose levels to normal in glucose tolerance test.

  2. Diabetes mellitus tipo II

    Parte usada: Hoja.

Courts extraits uniquement (pas le texte intégral de l’article). Fiches de référence complètes dans l’application Lapo v2.

    • Selon Lindawati NY (2014)

Extrait The research aims to see the effect of combination from purified extract of AP herb & CA of translocation of GLUT-4 protein in model type 2 diabetes mellitus rats-insulin resistance compared with the use of each purified extract. Determination of insulin resistance used 3 parameters such as blood glucose levels, lipid levels (triglycerides, LDL, cholesterol, & HDL), & hypoglycemic tests with Glibenclamide compared to normal controls animals.

    • Selon Yadav AV (2022)

Extrait The current investigation analysed the effect of combination of standardized hydroalcoholic extracts of Asparagus racemosus (AR), Centella asiatica (CA)& Plumeria rubra (PR) on glibenclamide (GB) administered in experimentally induced diabetic nephropathy (DN) in Wistar rats. Co-administration of ACP (400mg/kg) with GB (5mg/kg) significantly (p<0.01) decreased BUN, creatinine, uric acid, significantly increased (p<0.05) SOD, significantly (p<0.01) decreased MDA, significantly increased (p<0.05) serum insulin when compared with diabetic control.

In long term treatment of alloxan induced diabetic rats, the degree of protection was determined by measuring blood glucose, triglycerides, cholesterol and urea levels on 0, 3, 5, 7 and 10th day.

    • Selon Wang L (2024)

Extrait This study aims to design & develop a PLX/ZnO nanocomposite incorporated with Centella Asiatica extract (CAE) for the multi-functional action in the diabetic wound healing treatment. Diabetic wounds can occur as a prevalent complication among people diagnosed with diabetes, frequently resulting in the necessity for amputation.

    • Selon RAALO NNM (2019)

Extrait Articles were retrieved from electronic databases such as PubMed & Google Scholar using keywords "Centella asiatica," "asiatic acid," "asiaticoside," "madecassic acid," & "madecassoside." The articles published between 2004 & 2018 that are related to the aforementioned topics were selected. Centella asiatica, a triterpene-rich medicinal herb, is traditionally used to treat various types of diseases including neurological, dermatological, & metabolic diseases.
