    • Selon Akhtar MF (2021)

Extrait The plant extract (250 & 500mg/kg/day) was explored for its anti-hyperglycemic effect for 14 days in normoglycemic & alloxan-induced diabetic rats using the oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT). To evaluate the anti-diabetic potential of aqueous methanolic extract of Conyza bonariensis amongst the Wistar rats.

    • Selon MUSTAFA I (2024)

Extrait Total oxidant status (TOS) and the serum glucose levels of the streptozotocin-treated rats were reduced significantly (P ⩽ .05) in Conyza bonariensis treated group. This study was conducted to assess the possible antidiabetic potential of Conyza bonariensis by employing in vitro as well as in vivo assessments.

    • Selon Saleem M (2021)

Extrait The plant extract (250 a&500mg/kg/day) was explored for its anti-hyperglycemic effect for 14 days in normoglycemic & alloxan-induced diabetic rats using the oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT). To evaluate the anti-diabetic potential of aqueous methanolic extract of Conyza bonariensis amongst the Wistar rats.

    • Selon AL-KAZMAN BSM (2025)

Extrait Conyza bonariensis (CB), a traditional medicinal plant, has demonstrated antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and hepatoprotective properties, making it a promising candidate for NAFLD therapy. Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is a rising global health concern closely linked with obesity, insulin resistance, and metabolic syndrome.

    • Selon Saleem M (2014)

Extrait The hepatoprotective activity of Conyza bonariensis ethanol extract was studied against paracetamol induced hepatotoxicity in mice. The results showed that an extract of C.B (250 mg/kg & 500 mg/kg) produced (p<0.05) decline in paracetamol induced liver marker enzymes & total bilirubin, but its 750 mg/kg showed remarkable decline in ALT, AST, ALP & TB levels, compared to the reference levels of silymarin & results were supported by histopathology of liver section.

    • Selon AL-KAZMAN BSM (2025)

Extrait In vivo, extract-treated groups showed significant improvement in liver function tests, lipid profiles, and oxidative stress markers (p < 0.05), with the highest dose group (750 mg/kg) displaying histologically reduced hepatic steatosis and inflammation. Conyza bonariensis (CB), a traditional medicinal plant, has demonstrated antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and hepatoprotective properties, making it a promising candidate for NAFLD therapy.

    • Selon BATOOL S (2025)

Extrait The leaf extract, showing the most promising anticancer activity, was further analyzed against liver cancer cells, yielding an IC50 value of 1.72 μg mL−1. These compounds, primarily the leaf extract, demonstrated notable activity against liver & breast cancer.

    • Selon LAHNGONG M (2025)

Extrait Conyza bonariensis (L.) Cronquist) is a medicinal plant with traditional use in Cameroonian folk medicine & other parts of Africa for the management of ailments, including malaria. Additionally, cytotoxicity was assessed on the MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cell line, while acute & sub-chronic toxicity were evaluated using albino mice.

    • Selon Akhtar MF (2021)

Extrait To evaluate the anti-diabetic potential of aqueous methanolic extract of Conyza bonariensis amongst the Wistar rats. The plant extract revamped the pancreatic islets of Langerhans & abridged alloxan-induced degenerative changes in the liver.

  3. Infección fúngica: Candida albicans, C. parapsilosis, Malassezia furfur, M. globosa, M. sympodialis, Microsporum canis, Trichophyton rubrum, T. mentagrophytes

    • Selon Mussin je (2017)

Extrait parapsilosis), 17 dermatophytes (6 Trichophyton rubrum, 6 Trichophyton mentagrophytes, 5 Microsporum canis) & 6 Staphylococcus aureus. Conclusions: Results allow to conclude that the CB tincture displays antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus & antifungal activity against the main fungi causing superficial infections, such as dermatophytes, Candida & Malassezia.

    • Selon GIRMA Y (2021)

Extrait Antimicrobial activity of the extracts was evaluated against pathogenic fungi causing superficial infection (Candida albicans, Malassezia globosa, & Malassezia furfur). In this study, crude extracts from leaves of Conyza bonariensis were prepared using methanol, ethyl acetate, hexane, & chloroform.

    • Selon ARAUJO L (2013)

Extrait Additionally, the essential oil presented a significant bactericidal effect against Bacillus cereus, while a moderate activity was observed against Staphylococcus epidermidis & Candida albicans. The essential oil from aerial parts of Conyza bonariensis (L) Cronquist collected in Mérida was obtained by hydrodistillation & analysed by GC/MS.

    • Selon MPENDA FN (2024)

Extrait Methods: Initial experimental activities involved preparation of crude extracts & EO, which were then, tested for antimicrobial activity against selected test organisms (Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC29213), Bacillus subtilis (ATCC6051), Escherichia coli (ATCC8736), Salmonella typhi (ATCC6539), & Candida albicans (DSM1665)) by using the disc diffusion method. albicans, where the MIC was 50 mg/mL > MIC > 25 mg/mL.

    • Selon NSINDAGI SP (2023)

Extrait Then crude extracts were tested against selected microorganisms: Two Gram-positive bacteria, Staphylococcus aureus & Bacillus subtilis; Two Gram-negative bacteria, Escherichia coli & Salmonella typhi, & a yeast Candida albicans.
