      Extrait Ethanolic extract from the leaves of Melia azedarach & seeds of Piper longum at a dose level of 50 mg kg-1 body weight was administered orally daily once for 14 days, prior to the administration of 0.2 mL of CCl4 kg-1 body weight for 7 days. The combined hepatoprotective effect of Biherbal Ethanolic Extract (BHEE) pretreatment against carbon tétra chloride (CCl4) induced hepatic damage in rats was investigated.
