    • Selon Kumar P (2016)

Extrait The present study was undertaken to investigate the antiproliferative action of isolated M1 (6,7-dimethoxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline-3-carboxylic acid) from Mucuna pruriens seeds using human hepatic carcinoma cell line (Huh-7 cells). M1 was active against Huh-7 cells that may be useful for future hepatic cancer treatment,.

    • Selon Obogwu MB (2014)

Extrait This study investigated the hepatoprotective & in vivo antioxidant activities of the hydroethanolic extract of Mucuna pruriens leaves in antitubercular & alcohol-induced hepatotoxicity assays in rats. Conclusion: The hydroethanolic extract of MP leaves possesses hepatoprotective activity with enhancement of in vivo antioxidants as a possible mechanism of action.

    • Selon Ogunmoloye T (2021)

Extrait The present study therefore investigates the hepatoprotective & nephroprotective potentials of its leaves extract with a view to providing a potent alternative in the management of liver & kidney diseases. pruriens leaves restored deranged biochemical & histopathological parameters in the liver & kidney with similar potency to silymarin.

    • Selon Concessao P (2020)

Extrait Mucuna pruriens has been identified for its medicinal properties. Following the treatment, the blood was drawn retro-orbitally to assess the liver (serum alanine transaminase [ALT], serum aspartate transaminase, & serum alkaline phosphatase) & kidney (serum urea & serum creatinine) functions.

    • Selon Garcia VADS (2012)

Extrait The main aim of this investigation was to extract oil from seeds of Mucuna in order to increase the concentration of l-Dopa in the defatted Mucuna meal. Three different varieties of Mucuna (aterrima, cinereum, deeringiana) & solvents (supercritical carbon dioxide, dichloromethane, hexane) were used.

  2. Troubles hépatiques : cirrhose, hépatite, stéatose hépatique, anormalité des paramètres sériques : ALP, ASP, ALT, SOD, CAT, MDA, bilirubine

Extrait This study investigated the hepatoprotective & in vivo antioxidant activities of the hydroethanolic extract of Mucuna pruriens leaves in antitubercular & alcohol-induced hepatotoxicity assays in rats. On the 21(st) day of treatment, blood was collected for assessment of serum biochemical parameters & harvested liver samples were assessed for antioxidants.

    • Selon Ogunmoloye T (2021)

Extrait pruriens leaves restored deranged biochemical & histopathological parameters in the liver & kidney with similar potency to silymarin. Results Exposure to CCl4 and rifampicin respectively resulted in marked distortion in lipid profile, inhibition of antioxidant enzymes & a surge in ALT, AST, ALP, urea, uric acid, bilirubin & creatine kinase.

    • Selon Concessao P (2020)

Extrait Following the treatment, the blood was drawn retro-orbitally to assess the liver (serum alanine transaminase [ALT], serum aspartate transaminase, & serum alkaline phosphatase) & kidney (serum urea & serum creatinine) functions. The aim of the study was to investigate the protective effect of aqueous seed extract of MP on sodium arsenite-induced memory impairment, liver, & kidney functions in rats.
