    • Selon Rahamoz-Haghighi S (2016)

Extrait In the present study, we investigated the cytotoxic effect of alcoholic extracts & essential oil of Pimpinella anisum on viability of gastric cancer cell line (AGS) & angiogenesis of HUVEC cells . Conclusion: Therefore, our results showed that the alcoholic extracts & essential oil of PA have antiprolifertion properties on gastric cancer cells & could be used as plant-based cures for gastric cancer.

    • Selon Auteur (2013)

Extrait In this study, anticancer activity of ethanol extract of Pimpinella anisum seed was investigated. MTT & LDH assays revealed that ethanolic extract have cytotoxic activity on human prostate cancer cell line [PC-3] at concentrations found safe to normal cells (rat skeletal muscle cell line [L6]).

    • Selon Fitsiou E (2016)

Extrait All essential oil preparations exhibited a variable degree of antiproliferative activity, depending on the cancer model used, with the most potent one being sweet basil against an in vitro model of human colon carcinoma. In the present study, we analyzed the composition of the volatile preparations of essential oils of the Greek plants Ocimum basilicum (sweet basil), Mentha spicata (spearmint), Pimpinella anisum (anise) & Fortunella margarita (kumquat).

    • Selon Al Mofleh IA (2007)

Extrait Aqueous suspension of anise "Pimpinella anisum" protects rats against chemically induced gastric ulcers.

    • Selon Mahboubi M (2021)

Extrait Mahboubi M et al, Pimpinella anisum & female disorders: A review, Phytomed Plus, 1(3) :100063, 2021-Abstract; The aim of review was to collect the previous reports on potency of aniseed in management of female disorders. There is no clinical study for anti-cancer effects of aniseed, but apoptosis can occur in human breast cancer cells in its presence.

    • Selon Abdel-Reheem MAT (2015)

Extrait EO has high inhibitory effect for Salmonella typhi, Enterococcus faecalis, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli & Micrococcus luteus. Pimpinella anisum essential oil (EO) Residual & its biotic possessions were deliberated.

    • Selon Amer AM (2019)

Extrait The largest inhibition zones were determined to be 21.0±1.2, 18.3±1.5, 9.7±1.2, & 7.0±1.2 mm for Bacillus cereus, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella typhimurium, & Escherichia coli, respectively. The antioxidant & antimicrobial properties of different solvent extracts (ethanol & water) prepared from two parts (seeds & aerial parts) of Pimpinella anisum were evaluated.

    • Selon Ghlissi Z (2020)

Extrait The polysaccharide preparation from Pimpinella anisum seeds (PAP) was isolated & characterized to evaluate its laser burn wound-healing & anti-inflammatory activities in mice. PAP showed noticeable antioxidant & antibacterial properties.

Extrait The essential oils extracted from the seeds of seven spices, Anethum graveolens, Carum capticum, Coriandrum sativum, Cuminum cyminum, Foeniculum vulgare, Pimpinella anisum & Seseli indicum have been studied for antibacterial activity against eight pathogenic bacteria, causing infections in the human body.

    • Selon Tepe B (2006)

Extrait Essential oils of the plants studied here were also screened for their antimicrobial activities against six bacteria & two fungi. & Pimpinella flabellifolia were hydro-distilled to produce oils in the yields of 2.07% (v/w) and 2.61% (v/w), respectively.
