    • Selon Shi F (2019)

Extrait Both SN & solaoiacid showed strong downregulation of the fatty acid synthase-epidermal growth factor receptor & anti-non-small cell lung cancer effects, & thus will become a novel drug for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer. Solanum nigrum, extracted with water at 4°C, shows strong cytotoxic activity & inhibits tumor growth in Lewis’s tumor bearing-mice in a dose-dependent manner.

    • Selon Paul S (2017)

Extrait Mechanism of cell death inducing pathway of chloroform fraction of methanolic extract of Solanum nigrum were studied in a panel of cervical cancer cell line. Conclusion: From the study it can be concluded that fatty acid rich chloroform fraction of SN is capable of inducing apoptosis in cervical cancer cells, through ROS mediated DNA damage. (2013) — extrait : et al, Clinical Study of Solanum nigrum Mixture on Quality of Life & Immune Function in Patients with Advanced Liver Cancer.

    • Selon SWETTHA M (2022)

Extrait sorafenib against HCC were compared in vitro, using various liver cancer cell lines & in vivo, utilizing NOD.CB17-Prkdcscid/J mice bearing human HCC xenografts. Here, we show that higher concentrations of sorafenib induce severe toxicity, in Chang Liver, as well as in acute & chronic in vivo models, indicating that, apart from the superior therapeutic benefit over sorafenib, Utt-B is a pharmacologically safer molecule, & the drug-induced undesirable effects can, thus, be substantially alleviated in the context of HCC chemotherapy.

    • Selon Yang MY (2010)

Extrait Our results revealed the antimigration & anti-invasion effects of both extracts derived from SN, which may act as a promising therapeutic agent for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma. (SN) has exhibited multiple biological effects such as anti-inflammation and antiproliferation.

    • Selon Ahir KB (2013)

Extrait Results: Oral administration of SNE (100 & 250 mg/kg.) for 21 days to streptozotocin-induced diabetes rats significantly (p<0.05) decreased the levels of blood glucose & improved the levels of plasma insulin. Objectives: The ethanolic extract of fruits of SN (SNE) was investigated to evaluate the effects of on blood glucose concentration, lipid profile & renal function tests and their possible mechanism of action involved in these activities.

    • Selon Azarkish F (2017)

Extrait In addition, SNE was more effective than insulin in controlling blood glucose. Results: SNE could decrease blood glucose level in diabetic rats.

    • Selon Sohrabipour S (2013)

Extrait Material/Methods Animals were divided into 5 groups (n=10): 2 groups served as non-diabetic controls (NDC), & the other groups had diabetes induced with a single injection of streptozotocin (STZ). We designed this study to investigate the effect of the administration of oral doses of aqueous extract from SN fruit on plasma glucose, lipid profiles, and the sensitivity of the vascular mesenteric bed to Phenylephrine in diabetic and non-diabetic rats.

    • Selon Alam A (2022)

Extrait The present study aimed to evaluate the role of bioactive components in Solanum nigrum fruit, its phytochemical screening, & in vivo antioxidant potential against liver injury. The SN fruit reduced the level of liver enzymes, & bilirubin.

    • Selon Chester K (2019)

Extrait Materials & Methods: The aerial parts (leaves & berries) of Solanum nigrum were extracted with Hydroethanol-& polarity-based fractionations were performed. is well known for the management of different ailments including hepatic disorders.

    • Selon Shi F (2019)

Extrait Solanum nigrum, extracted with water at 4°C, shows strong cytotoxic activity & inhibits tumor growth in Lewis’s tumor bearing-mice in a dose-dependent manner.

    • Selon Raju K (2003)

Extrait Raju K et al, Effect of dried fruits of Solanum nigrum LINN against CCl4-induced hepatic damage in rats. M (2008) — extrait : The results showed that the treatment of SNE significantly lowered the CCl4-induced serum levels of hepatic enzyme markers (GOT, GPT, ALP, & total bilirubin), superoxide & hydroxyl radical. Therefore, the results of this study suggest that SNE could protect liver against the CCl4-induced oxidative damage in rats, & this hepatoprotective effect might be contributed to its modulation on detoxification enzymes & its antioxidant & free radical scavenger effects.
