Selon Li YM (2023)
Extrait SZJ-2 can improve the hyperglycemic by increasing the glucose consumption, improving the superoxide dismutase (SOD), hexokinase (HK), pyruvate kinase (PK) activities, & decrease the MDA content of insulin resistant HepG2 cells. Conclusion: These results indicating that the SZJ-1 & SZJ-2 might improve the insulin resistant symptoms by improving the energy metabolic level &increasing the glycogen synthase activity of HepG2 cells.

Mode de préparation: The crude JP was extracted from the jujube as described previously, with minor modifications (Ji et al., 2020). Briefly, jujubes were incubated with 10 vol of water (v/w) in a water bath at 80 °C for 3 h & extracted 3 times. After filtration, combine the filtrates & condense this combination in a rotary evaporator under controlled vacuum. The concentrate solution was further precipitated by adding four folds of ethanol (v/v) at 4 °C for 12 h. The precipitate was collected by centrifugation, & was dried under reduced pressure to dryness to obtain the crude JP. The purity…
